Who we are
KickIQ is a rugby kicking community founded by Dylan Kay. The community is managed by Jonty Culliford, who acts as data controller. Contact: kickiqrugby@gmail.com
What data we collect
When you sign up for early access we collect:
Your full name
Your Instagram handle or phone number
Your playing position
The date of your submission
Why we collect it
We collect this information solely to contact you about KickIQ membership. We will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
Who we share it with
Your data is stored securely in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the KickIQ team. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for up to 6 months if you do not take up membership. If you become a member, we retain it for the duration of your membership and up to 12 months after it ends.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise these rights email kickiqrugby@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
